AANCHAL Foundation is for special needs children and their families. It is a Foundation set up to provide help, education, and therapy to parents and carers of special needs children.
We understand the frustration and emotional turmoil one can face as a parent of a special need child, especially when you believe that something can help your child and make a difference but do not have access or the knowledge to such resources. AANCHAL will help special needs children in two ways: One, by providing help for medication, treatment or specialist fees through the Help Kids Initiative. This link will give you more information on the initiative, if you are eligible, and how you can access this help. Second, through the AANCHAL Institute, which is designed to provide paediatric therapy services to children of all ages with developmental delays. The Institute is in its infancy stages and is in the process of being set-up. We will have more information on the website regarding the Institute and the various therapies your child can receive through the Institute soon.
AANCHAL Foundation is also developing an online resource of information for parents. This section compiles links from various national and international websites that provide useful information on childhood development, neurological disorders and their effect on child development, and early childhood intervention therapies and how they can help your child. We will continue to work on this section to make it more comprehensive. Please visit the Resources section for more information.
